Rob Balfour, President and CEO: is a co-founder of Trapeze and has been its CEO since 2001. Rob is passionate about leading the growth and innovation strategy for the company, ensuring Trapeze consistently delivers high impact innovative work for clients and continues to thrive as a leading independent digital agency.
Rob brings a diverse range of management, financial and entrepreneurial expertise to the company from his prior experience as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney in both Europe and North America, and experience in Private Equity with Amadeus Capital where he conceived, led the financing for, and launched a number of new business ventures in the areas of technology, e-commerce and professional services.
Rob has an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. He is also a member of the Canadian Marketing Association’s Digital Council. LinkedIn Profile
