To ensure that site visitors can easily navigate and access the content they want, our Usability Practice Group is engaged at checkpoints throughout the research, planning and production process. This covers context research, content research, user research, Information Architecture (IA) planning, prototyping, and complete IA design and documentation. Iterative user testing occurs along the way.
