Hottest iPad idea out there?

Trapeze, in association with NextMedia, the Banff World Television Festival and the MEIC, is hoping to find the hottest iPad/Tablet app idea out there. The submissions are in and the competition is on to find out who can blow the top off the technology taking the world by storm one tap at a time.

On June 16, an expert jury (including our very own CD Mike Kasprow who incessantly futzes with his iPad) will select five finalists to pitch their concept live. The winner will get a $25,000 development deal, working with Trapeze and the Mobile Experience Innovation Centre to make the winning idea a reality and bring it to market.

Debate about the future of devices like the iPad and Tablet are already raging fast and furious. With its own touchscreen and mobile app development practice, Trapeze’s sponsorship of this competition means we’re keeping our front row seats to innovative ideas from inspiring voices.

The winning applicant will be announced at the Banff Festival. Stay tuned to find who wins, why, and when you can expect to download the newest groundbreaking app.
