Trapeze approached Land Rover with some innovative ideas about both increasing the number of consumers who include Land Rover in their consideration set, as well as using digital media to grow their overall market share. Partnering to introduce an innovative kiosk at auto shows, Trapeze and Land Rover focused on this element as an essential, initial touch point with consumers. With a technical and design lag in the competitors' Point of Sale (POS) use of media, Trapeze built a component that was invaluable to the client, and easy to use for the consumers. The kiosks collected data in near real-time, immediately initiating a conversation between Land Rover and prospective consumers. The result was the most successful customer acquisition program in Land Rover's history. In 2008, Trapeze continued to tweak and upgrade the pilot campaign.
