



WIND Mobile needed to introduce itself to Canadians as the new national wireless service. The key communication was the company's resolve to deliver a superior wireless experience to consumers long frustrated by the offerings of the big three incumbents.
WINDMobile.ca is the first phase of that introduction. It was also the beginnings of an online community designed with a defined purpose: To invite the public to collaborate on transforming the wireless landscape.
To this end, WindMobile.ca hosts the WIND Mobile blog, where it engages users to share their ideas and suggestions, post comments, rate comments, upload videos, and participate in polls. A two-way exchange is maintained by the people who work at WIND, who also share ideas, and respond to comments and questions from members of the community. Linked to Twitter and Facebook pages, the site also integrates social media platforms to reach its audience, making it even easier to take part in the conversation.
