President, CEO, Co-Founder
Rob brings a diverse range of management, marketing, entrepreneurial and financial expertise to the company. He was formerly Vice-President of New Ventures for Amadeus Capital Corporation (a merchant bank), launching a number of new businesses in technology, e-commerce and professional services. Rob was also a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, working as a project manager in Europe and the U.S for a broad range of global 500 companies. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.Comm from Queen’s University.
Vice President, Creative Director, Co-Founder
Mike’s extensive involvement with the global interactive media space include board positions with the IAB, NEXTMedia, and the Microsoft Research Design Expo, where he volunteers as Co-Chair and Creative Director. Prior to Trapeze, Mike ran the Script Development program of the Harold Greenberg Fund, Canada's largest private script development organization. He was also the New Technologies lead for the Ontario Direct Marketing Centre and freelanced as a story editor and script consultant, working with Alliance Films, Odeon Films, The Canadian Film Centre and The Movie Network. Mike has worked as a film editor, has feature film scripts under option, and is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario (B.A.), the Ryerson Film Studies Program (with honors) and the h@bitat new media program at the Canadian Film Centre.

Widely recognized for his ability to provide strategic thought leadership, David is often called on to generate unique insights into consumer behaviour and identify new and emerging digital marketing opportunities. David helps our clients how develop and execute innovative new media strategies in a number areas, including: Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization, Online Advertising, Digital PR, WOMM campaigns, eCRM and Loyalty Programs, Mobile Marketing and Digital Signage. With a graduate degree in Marketing and post-graduate in Internet Business Technology, advanced certificates in e-Marketing, SEM, Web Site Usability and Web Analytics, David is one of the agency world's most knowledgeable new media strategists. David sits on the Emerging Platforms Council for the IAB and is also a Qualified Google Consultant. He has been told by many of us at Trapeze that, while we're all very proud of the Google-branded track suit he got from Google Canada, he can’t wear it at the office. Not even on Fridays.
